The main function of DVDFire is blocking "hidden" - not activated by user outbound TCP/UDP calls produced by "target" application without affecting of any type on any other network functions. Beside of that DVDFire could be customized to dynamically redirect Web Links of "target" application to user specified URL if waiting time to establish connection exceed value specified by user.
